Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
All content, features, functionality, design elements, proprietary algorithms, and software on the TradeDojo platform are the exclusive property of TradeDojo, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and applicable patent laws.
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the TradeDojo platform;
Use any automated system (including bots or scrapers) to extract data or functionality from the platform;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, its systems, or source code;
Claim ownership or authorship of any TradeDojo intellectual property.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension of access and potential legal action.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to TradeDojo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
